Unicorn Rivals was born from a single question: What if building a real startup were a game?

How the Game Works

You build a company on a persistent server shared with other founders. Everyone competes for market share in the same world. The goal is simple: be the first to reach a $1 billion valuation.

But the road there is anything but simple.

Upgrade departments, hire talent, manage cash flow, and invest in research. Every choice trades growth against runway — the wrong strategy can drive your startup into trouble.

Unlock permanent bonuses through the research tree — growth, product quality, revenue efficiency, and defensive options. No two runs need to look the same.

Rival Moves

You can pressure rivals with Disrupt — the game's PvP attack. It's costly, risky, and strictly limited. Attacking and defending are both part of the strategy.

The world runs 24/7, even when you're offline. You don't need to be online at the same time as other players — check in, decide, leave.
